Dr Austin Lim

Austin Lim, PhD is a neuroscientist and Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at DePaul University in Chicago. He is also the author of Horror On The Brain: The Neuroscience Behind Science Fiction, in which, “I explore many of the underlying neuropsychology phenomena behind some of the most famous pieces of horror and science fiction literature, from Mary Shelley and H.P. Lovecraft to modern masters such as Philip K. Dick, Octavia Butler, and Christopher Nolan,” said Lim.
